• Non Sequitur Scene: The ending, unfortunately. Due to the utter lack of even symbolic foreshadowing.
  • Although, when collecting the last orb, you may notice it tries to move away from you. So, could orbs equal Chie's memories of what happened to that person in the end?
• Tear Jerker: The ending. Chie leaves her room to enter another room, where a dead body is found in a pool of blood. She tries to pinch her cheek, only to see it's not a dream, and she kneels down by the body and cries. Some say that the body was Chie's own mother
