[[Fridge Horror]] sets in when you realize that, because the judge gives the names of witnesses who gave testimony, these are likely the "only" crimes they had concrete evidence of (though they alone are enough for them to give him the maximum sentence) and does not mention all the crimes the four Turtles and the viewers know about, such as murdering Casey's father and Splinter's mentor, horribly torturing and mutilating Baxter stockman, and kidnapping civilians for foul experiments that [[Baleful Polymorph| stole their humanity]], crimes that almost seem penny-ante in comparison to what is revealed at the trial.
