Yeah, it's that type of a film. The film takes place in a world where time travel does not exist but will be invented thirty years into the future. In this future, it is illegal to travel time, but a flourishing black market has made the technology available to the mafia, who have put it to practical use. When they need to kill a target, they simply send the man back in time where a "looper" like Joe can kill and dispose of them without leaving evidence. Unfortunately Joe's latest target is proving difficult to kill, and to make matters worse, it's himself from the future. |
