A Meat Shield can be several things.
If you're looking for the job "Party Tank", that's on An Adventurer Is You.
If you're looking for the stat setup that the Party Tank uses, see either Mighty Glacier or Stone Wall. Lightning Bruiser for the overpowered ones.
