Mitsuba is Angelica from Rugrats in an Alternate Universe.
If you think about it, they have many similarities.
- They are both jerks with hearts of gold and arguably Tsundere.
- They both convince younger children to believe things that are not true (Mitsuba and the nympho incident; Angelica does it numerous times to the babies).
- They both enjoy eating.
- They have very similar hair styles and light hair colors.
- They both wear patterned leggings/socks and short skirts/dresses.
