Mitsuba is Angelica from Rugrats in an Alternate Universe.

If you think about it, they have many similarities.

  • They are both jerks with hearts of gold and arguably Tsundere.
  • They both convince younger children to believe things that are not true (Mitsuba and the nympho incident; Angelica does it numerous times to the babies).
  • They both enjoy eating.
  • They have very similar hair styles and light hair colors.
  • They both wear patterned leggings/socks and short skirts/dresses.
