The 2005 Compilation Movie ending of Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam was Kamille's hallucination after he was dealt a crippling blow by Scirocco.
Considering how Kamille's dialogue in the original ending (while not matching the compilation ending) is still that of a relaxed person, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch. And if that sounds familiar, YES.
