  • Crazy Awesome: Professor Layton flies a helicopter, which he built out of random parts in a shed, up a massive robot. It gets destroyed by the robot, but he jumps off it, pulls himself up to the robot's top, has a swordfight with Descole, using a piece of piping instead of a sword, stops to play an organ, raises a kingdom out of the sea, goes back to fighting, blows up the robot by accident, and gets off completely unscathed.
  • Crowning Moment of Awesome:
    • Inspector Grosky gets this in spades. He outruns sharks 2 to 3 times, survives an explosion, and still manages to find Layton and the others. Can you say Determinator?
    • Any time Emmy is on screen too.
      • It gets even more awesome when they team up.
    • Luke running up a mobile fortress almost getting killed several times from sharp things flying at him to rescue Janice/Melina.
  • Crowning Music of Awesome / Crowning Moment of Awesome: Without spoiling too much, at one point, Layton plays two parts in a three-part harmony at the same time. If that's not a musical CMoA, this is not a world worth living in.
    • And let's not forget that Nana Mizuki is Janice's seiyuu. In the movie (especially the end credits song) she shows an impressive vocal range, even if the songs all do have the same basic tune.
