Prototype 2/Characters: Difference between revisions

* [[Boisterous Bruiser]]: While he isn't quite as amoral as Alex started out in the first game, he is much more vocal in his enthusiasm.

* [[Civvie Spandex]] with a side of [[Magic Pants]]: As a shapeshifter and like Alex, Heller is technically not wearing clothing; his "clothes" are imitations that he created from himself.

* [[Deadpan Snarker]]: Heller is an ''endless'' font of snark when he's not boiling with fury.

* [[Dead Person Impersonation]]: Courtesy of eating them and taking their form.

* [[Genre Savvy]]: In {{spoiler|the final boss fight against Alex Mercer}} Heller can tell when his opponent is trying to purposefully rile him up. The problem is, though, that Heller had opened up that fight [[Refuge in Vulgarity|threatening to skullfuck his opponent and get the information he needed from his brain as it flowed through the hole]], so counting on Heller to ever be ''not'' enraged was the downfall in that tactic.

* [[He Who Fights Monsters]]: Present and invoked deliberately. To have a shot at taking down Mercer, Heller will have to become just as or even more powerful, and equally monstrous, which would be a hell of a feat. {{spoiler|[[Subverted]]. He does end up stronger than Alex and perhaps even more physically monstrous, but he retains his faith in humanity, and does not kill at least [[General Ripper|Colonel Rooks]] because he [[Even Evil Has Loved Ones|loves his family]].}}

** While the keyboard did have a "triangle" key, and was thus no conventional computer, one gets the feeling that Heller's had similar experiences in the past.

* [[Sir Swearsalot]]: Becomes noticeably much more vulgar after {{spoiler|he loses his family.}}

* [[Smarter Than You Look]]: He's gruff as all hell and not always eloquent, which makes him seem a bit like [[Dumb Muscle]]. However, he's at times startlingly witty (though he ascribes to [[Black Comedy]]) and the way he utterly turns Blackwatch upside-down makes it clear that he's tactically brilliant. Likewise, being a sergeant in the Marine corps requires no little amount of intelligence.
