Hey It's That Voice: An odd case of this trope occurring in a live-action movie. In the 2003 film, one of Willard's co-workers is played by Laara Sadiq (Chi-Chi from the Ocean dub of Dragonball Z). Very apparent whenever the character opens her mouth. For what it's worth, the character is named Janice Mantis in the credits, but is never referred to by name at all in the movie proper.
