Wedding Peach has all of the heart of Sailor Moon, but none of its soul. An enjoyable watch if you like strong female leads in bright colors fighting evil in the name of love. But strong characterization means less when the characters never really change, nor can it save a plot that is relentlessly romanticist. Salvia is the only reason this anime passes the Bechdel Test. But fun to watch? Yeah, I'll give it that.
