RoboGirl
A series created by Ed Glaser for Dark Maze Studios. The series is an homage to 1980s Science Fiction films. 10 episodes have been produced on a low budget, not that you could tell.
The main character is Huntress, a cyborg and the only hope for Humanity. The story starts during World War III, where an alien parasite known only as "The Host" has infected 15% of the human population. Huntress is chosen to be sent back in time to 2008 to exterminate the threat before it appears.
