  • Keep Circulating the Roms: Shining Force CD is incredibly rare, if you want to buy the actual disc you can expect to pay an absurd amount. So unless Sega decides to re-release it in some form, it'll continue to be hard to find in any legit fashion.
  • No Export for You: So far, Shining Force Feather, the Game Gear game Shining Force Gaiden: Final Conflict, the sequel to Shining Tears, Shining Wind, and the last two parts of Shining Force III. To top it off, Shining Force CD and the first part of III were released in small quantities and are considered rare games.
  • Talking to Himself: In Shining Wind, Souma and Zero/Xion are voiced by Soichiro Hoshi. Which makes episode 8 in the anime adaptation weird.
    • Also in Shining Hearts, Kanae Ito voices the three sisters, Neris, Emil and Airy.
