- This troper saw Skillet live at Spirit West Coast, and was amazed by the fact that one band member (I'm unsure who it was, exactly...) was playing the violin, and made it look absolutely badass. They made the violin look badass.
- Recent concerts have had their live touring string players (who are indeed badass, as mentioned above), on 30-foot-high platforms that rise and lower during the concerts.
- Crowning Music of Awesome: A lot of songs, but the ultimate title goes to "Hero". Just listen to it, and tell me with a straight face you didn't get chills.
