• High Octane Nightmare Fuel: The killer's truly menacing adult form, and the mother's death, mostly due to how it goes completely silent as she's being pulverized. The opening credits, much like the ones in Violent Shit, also have a vaguely disturbing distortion effect added to them, resulting in something very surreal.
