Has nothing to do with [[Transsexualism|Transsexuals]]; the shared root Trans <ref> Latin for "across", "beyond" or "on the opposite side"</ref> is the only commonality, and even then both terms use different definitions of it. The root trans here means being above and beyond a normal human.
