Being as flat as they are is the only reason he can put up with them. In fact, in the anime adaption, when Laharl faints and falls face-first against Flonne's chest as a result of seeing [[Gag Boobs|Jennifer]], he suddenly revives and makes a confused comment that Flonne's cured him.
