- Crowning Moment of Awesome: Season 1 finale: "There are no pilots left to fly an intercept!" "No, we have some right here." Season 2 finale: Ludwig and Shizuha reveal something extremely awesome to Mikaze, Ayamo, and Karin.
- Crowning Moment of Heartwarming: the first scene in the final credits section of the last episode, where Miharu and Sako-san rediscover each other.
- Les Yay: Apparently. It's how The Virus is transmitted.
- Nightmare Fuel Somewhere past mid-season of Season 1, especially where Karin tries to infect Mikaze.
- Surprisingly Improved Sequel (Some fans argue that the Advance series are better than the original.)
