Batgirl (Barbara Gordon)
- There has been quite a bit of teasing between Kara and the first Batgirl throughout the years.
- In their first team-up -World's Finest #169-, Supergirl and Batgirl been imprisoned for several days in another dimension. Once Supergirl manages to break through the dimensional barrier she carries Barbara in her arms. It wouldn't be the last time.
- In Superman Family #171 Babs employs [mouth-to-mouth resuscitation] to save Kara's life.
- In Detective Comics #508, [Barbara falls off a building, but Supergirl shows up out of nowhere, catches Barbara and flies away with her, carrying her in her arms bridal style]. Funny how Kara's always around when Babs needs her.
- In Crisis on Infinite Earths #4/DC Comics Presents #84, the whole universe is falling apart. Barbara feels helpless, upset and distraught, thinking she's about to die. She needs to talk to someone, so she calls Kara. Shortly later, she gives Supergirl's eulogy after Kara dies fighting the Anti-Monitor.
