  • Completely Different Title: Both to erase its connection to the first game and because you're exploring a Mayan ruin, not an Aztec one.
  • No Export for You: It wasn't released in Europe, only the Famicom/NES version was released outside Japan, and the original Asteka was never released outside Japan at all.
  • Sequel Only: The North American market never got the first game.
