That last quote about the polar bears (and a couple others)

It doesn't seem very fridge-ey to me. Maybe we could argue that it's an expression of doubt which arose after consuming some media (whatever article or blog post depicts the bear, I suppose), but it doesn't come across in the quote itself. I feel that a quote which best captures the essence of Fridge Logic (or Fridge Anything) should indicate the passage of time between reading/seeing/hearing whatever and then feeling the doubt. If anything, it feels like it's just...remarking on a coincidence and doubting that it could happen?

I'd say the same about the Futurama and Castle quotes as well.

Hmmm... I thought about this and other not-quite-fitting cases, including the ones on Kudzu Plot. It appears that we have a missing entry, something like "It Only Raises More Questions". It would be close to Fridge Logic. And then "Voodoo Shark" would be its intersection with "Plot Hole", while Kudzu Plot with Plot Thread?
