For all our intentions with the "Historical" template, we really don't need to preserve an archive of what TVT used to look like -- we have the Wayback Machine for that.
Some 70 or so pages link here, but a quick check suggests most either can be pointed at TV Tropes or our own top page instead. I propose we clean all those up, and then nuke this.
