Just a thought, but isn't the title "Secret Stab Wound" kind of dry? And overspecific? I mean, there are examples of characters that have been shot (as opposed to stabbed) right there on the Main Page. So, I was thinking the trope could maybe be renamed (or just AKA'd) "Walking Wounded". Since the trope describes a wounded character keeping silent about an injury, possibly because they underestimate the severity of it, and powering through whatever pain they experience.
