Hello! Thank you for the image File:Cecilie von Spitzweg.JPG.jpg - it fills a hole on the Characters page for that work. Just one thing... What's the usage license for the image?

Robkelk (talkcontribs)

Oops - forgot the ping to make sure you see this. @Never0

I'm certain it's either covered by fair usage or in the public domain, but for the life of me, I can never remember the semantics, so I didn't want to select one and be wildly off the mark, you know? (Of course, I could be wrong. It's a screenshot of the anime, if that helps? I'm not sure where that falls?)

Robkelk (talkcontribs)

That does help, yes. No anime is old enough to have fallen into the public domain, so this has to be fairuse.

Thanks!

Thank you for your contributions to the wiki, Never0, but I have to raise a issue. You essentially dropped an entire second article into the page for Charisma Doll and left it there along with the original content. That's not acceptable. Your edit left the page in worse condition than it started in, and the goal of every edit should be to improve the article it's made to. I've taken the time to reconcile your contribution with the rest of the page, but I wanted to let you know that in the future, if you don't have the time to actually do all the work intended on an article, don't throw in stuff "for later" and leave it a mess Wait until you have the time to do the job right.

Hello, Looney Toons. I wanted to write back to let you know I understand the problem, and it won't happen again. My had to reboot my computer in the middle of editing the page and decided to save my work so I could come back to it later. I didn't think it would last long enough to be a problem, but my computer ended up taking the rest of the night to finish updating, and I fell asleep. Next time, I'll be sure to cancel the edit instead. Thanks for catching my mistake.

Looney Toons (talkcontribs)

Fair enough. God knows I've been annoyed and inconvenienced by updates that took too damned long.

Never0 (talkcontribs)

Exactly! I was actually in the middle of revising my edit, and when I tried to save, I got the alert you'd already done it. I panicked and cancelled the entire thing. So embarrassing. In any case, I'll be sure to finish what I started.
