Why is this banned over at TVT? It doesn't seem to be the kind of work to push their hot buttons. Or does someone in charge have a hate on for the author or something?

Nothing of the sort, it was deleted because it was a stub they didn't want to keep.
If it was a housekeeping issue, then, I don't think this would really qualify as "banned".
