97 years after nuclear war devastated Earth, a couple thousand people are left on a space station called The Ark. Facing dwindling resources, they send 100 juvenile delinquents to Earth, hoping that it might be inhabitable. On Earth, the delinquents discover that they’re not the only people down there, while the Ark continues to face worse resource problems.
