Even a competitive show like ''[[The Biggest Loser]]'' is bound to have its share of Heartwarming Moments.
*In the very first episode of Season 8, watching a group of strangers band together to ensure that Tracey finished the challenge is a sight to behold. Truly a case of "no man left behind" (well, "woman" in this case).
*In the final episode before the Season 9 finale, Michael lost 23lbs, which put him at '''299lbs'''. Why is this here? Becuase Michael started the season at 526 pounds, and stated in an earlier episode that the smallest he had ever been as an adult is 301 pounds. For this man to weigh less than 300 pounds for the first time in his adult life shows how important the process was to him.

**David's makeover in Season 15 was a major talking point, simply because his transformation was so drastic. Topped off by his daughters' reactions when they eventually realised that that was indeed, their father. You can tell he had been waiting for this moment all season.
