  • Adaptation Displacement: Although the books did alright, the movies have now almost completely overshadowed them in popularity.
  • Funny Aneurysm Moment: The plot of the first movie was how Galleria's (aka Raven) ego caused dissension amongst the group eventually causing the other girls to leave. Raven left the group in real life because of "backstage catfights."
