- Crowning Moment of Awesome - There are several instances of this, but a great one comes in the form of the ordinary soldiers of Roland and Estabul. When Tiir begins to slaughter a group of them that were sent to stop him, Claugh attempts to sacrifice himself to cover the soldiers' retreat. But, out of loyalty to him, they refuse and instead cover him as an Estabul soldier forcefully carries him away, knowing full well that they didn't stand a chance. It should be noted that up until this point, the military has either been entirely ignorable, or in a lot of cases, unforgivable bastards. Plus point of awesome for the common man.
- The first part of episode 10 when Ferris tries to bring Ryner back from his insanity is both this and a Crowning Moment of Heartwarming.
- Easily Forgiven - Once Ryner leaves Tiir, things proceed almost exactly like he had never betrayed the kingdom. Plus, him joining Tiir in the first place required him conveniently ignoring the fact that he just killed and even ate many people in front of him.
- Ensemble Darkhorse - Tiir. In Japan, at least.
- High Octane Nightmare Fuel - Whenever the Magic Knights are involved.
- Or when the Alpha Stigma activates.
