Summary deletion of ''Disney's Anne Frank''

I'm not going to argue that pages for nonexistent works should live in the main article namespace, but I'm a little bothered at how you totally ignored my concern about deletion (and deleted the talk page itself - a major breach of protocol where I come from - is that how things are run here?). Maybe it's just my inclusionist nature, but I wondered if there was a place for that content to live as a "just for fun" reductio ad absurdum of Disneyfication.

Thanks,

I originally had a long bit here about not seeing your objection and, well, stuff. Then I went ahead and resurrected the entire set of pages and undid the link edits because of what you posted above. When I did that, I saw that you had responded to my 24-hour notice under an hour after I made it.

I apologize for somehow having overlooked your message. In my defense, I received no notification by the Wiki that someone had replied, and assumed that there were no answers to my notice.

Yeah, the only constant in wikis is inconstancy. :/

Thanks for putting the pages back. There was a redirect to DAF from "The Diary of Amme Frank/Juat For Fun" - maybe DAF et al. can be moved to JFF/DAF, with the appropriate categorization?

I don't think we have a "Just for fun" namespace, but there's nothing that says we can't create one. (I personally dislike the idea of a "Just For Fun" link under the real Anne Frank -- it strikes me as simultaneously disrespectful and tasteless -- and I wouldn't mind if it went away, btw.)

However, tomorrow I'm going on a short vacation, so whatever happens will either need to be done by someone else, or wait until I get back.
