Make IP blocks no longer than six months to a year.

Sorry. The user I've been dealing with has been constantly making trouble with adding unnecessary things to Complete Monster talk pages without even just using the edit feature, and I don't know how else to get rid of him/her.
I know that feel, if you'll pardon the meme reference, but just 6 to 12 month block IPs and repeat.
If it gets too bad, I'll ask the Miraheze staff to implement sterner measures.

Ask Miraheze staff to implement a temporary suspension of allowing IP accounts to make edits here, but only after conferring with them for any other solution beforehand. Reference this conversation, and continue to delete anything the spammer leaves while temp blocking their IPs to deny them any satisfaction.
Assuming they do suspend IP editing, let me know and add a sitenotice to this effect.
