The thing is, the Japanese name is とある科学の超電磁砲 , which romanizes to "Toaru Kagaku no Rērugan" (note the different number of words). So, which name do we use? The easiest choice is to use the English name, "A Certain Scientific Railgun". That also lets us add the "Pages with working Wikipedia tabs" category to the page.
