In going page-by-page through the Works category, I've found any number of pages for websites that by themselves are not works in the sense that we document them -- they're generally hosts for works, like Fanfiction.net or Poisoned Minds, or online services, but even if they have applicable tropes they are rarely works in and of themselves. I have been recategorizing them under Useful Notes, but there have been so many of them I'm starting to think that maybe we ought to escalate the Other Sites category to the same level as Useful Notes, Tropes, Works and Creators, and give them their own top menu.
What does everyone else think?
