Dear Robkelk, hello, this one of your sites new users. Not necessarily to TV Tropes, but to this specific website. I am writing this message in regards to you recently re-adding a few things I deleted off the Pokegirls page, specifically the re-adding of Guilty Pleasure and the question asked at the end of Rape Is Love.

I would like to first off state that my full deleting of Guilty Pleasure was partly out of a misunderstanding of what was written on the Guilty Pleasure page, as it stated no Real Life Examples and that if a person started writing it in a way that sounded like that individual troper was stating it was a Guilty Pleasure to them, then it should be removed and potentially taken to a forum discussion page. I had also gotten some rules for the original TV Tropes and All Tropes Wiki mixed up as the former has changed it to being a "Only If A Character Uses It In-Story" trope. While I will readily admit that my reason for removing the Guilty Pleasure section completely was wrong, I do not agree with it being re-added to the front page with it still sounding like an individual troper giving reasons why they specifically find Pokegirls to be a Guilty Pleasure and I would like to ask for permission to take it to the YMMV page and change the sentence to better fit the general opinion of the fandom, as from my experience most community members of Pokegirls have admitted they enjoy the series regardless of it's ethically questionable elements.

I am a little bit more confused as to why the that one sentence from Rape Is Love ("Heh, so Rape Is Survival? What if someone uses an argument like that on a real life court?") was put back in. It's written like the start to a forum discussion page or a question being asked on an already existing forum discussion page. It does not explain the usage of the trope in regards to Pokégirls and looks like it may start a discussion on a the main page if someone decides to respond. I do understand that things are looser on the All The Tropes Wiki, I am just a little confused as to how exactly this question is relevant to the main page trope Rape Is Love in such a way that it deserves to stay.

I agree that I put forth listening to rules I either misunderstood or misapplied. I'm not here to pick a fight or start up a kerfuffle of any kind. I'm not here to remove any fun elements in the page and I agree that there is more than one way to write one. If you decide that my reasoning is unsound, then I will not make any attempt to remove or change these things from the main page, nor will I press this issue any further. I understand that you are a busy moderator and would prefer to not take up any more of your time than is necessary.
