Well, the grammar is good, yes. In fact, the passage is so well-written that it doesn't sound like Eeveegirl wrote it. It is, as you noted, lacking proper capitalization at the start of each sentence, and the final sentence is missing necessary punctuation, but I don't think that's enough to reject it. I'll approve it and make the needed fixes.
