It's about an orca, the director was Australian, and the producer was Jewish - there doesn't appear to be any Native American content here. Was the scriptwriter an indigenous person? If not, then the category doesn't belong on the work.

I checked Wikipedia when I did those kinds of edits, and it had the category on it. Their page must be wrong about that.
