I know images can be a touchy subject but while i can't claim the image (I have read the policy but still a bit grey with what I have here) i want to use as my own. It was made in the 1950s, the artist is dead, and it was made to public service (in schools and such). What's the word on this. Should I alter it a little before uploading as my own? What do I do? I'll send the image and you can be the judge.
