Oh, "asscaps" was a nickname for the TVT smallcaps markup/function back when we forked, probably born of exactly that typo. The usage certainly didn't carry over here, so you can feel free to change it to "all caps".
EDIT: Actually, looking at the text in question, all that is already in our style guide and doesn't need to be reiterated on every subpage. We can pull that easily.
