Born in England and raised in New York, Wentworth Miller graduated with a degree in English Literature from Princeton University, where he performed with the a cappella group The Princeton Tigertones. He started working in L.A. in the development department of a small production company before landing guest spots on shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and ER. He starred in Dinotopia and co-starred in The Human Stain before landing the role of Michael in Prison Break, an international phenomenon. He also appeared in two Mariah Carey music videos: "It's Like That" and "We Belong Together".
Has the nickname "Stinky" (for having a snarky attitude in college, not because of hygiene.) He is also a rare Western example of a Bishonen.
He wrote a screenplay entitled Stoker that currently appears on "The Black List," a list of the ten best unproduced screenplays making the rounds in Hollywood.
A nice, friendly guy, he talks often about how grateful he is for the doors that have opened to him from working on Prison Break.
