    • The first dub was done by ADV with David Matranga and Hilary Haag, respectively.
    • The second dub has Takaki voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch (Bleach‍'‍s Ichigo and Last Exile‍'‍s Claus, among many other roles) and thirteen-year-old Akari voiced by Erika Weinstein (who also played the captivating Iori in I''s)
  • No Export for You: Two downplayed examples. One more side was initially published in 2011 and took eight years to get an English translation. The original novel, which first came out in 2007, took even longer - a whopping fourteen years despite the massive growth in Shinkai's cachet since, though fan translations exist - and will only come out in 2021 as a double feature with that for Children Who Chase Lost Voices.
