Michael Wilson. In keeping with the post-apocalyptic, Authority Equals Asskicking nature of Big Bang Age, it wouldn't be that surprising if America ended up much the same as Japan. Indeed, from what little information we know, the western part of the country seems to be populated by cowboys, implying a similar state of social decay. Plus we all know that this would be the most awesome fight ever in the history of ever.
