Cartoon Monsoon is a Flash animated web showcase of 19 pilots with two parts each from March 2003 to September 2004. Go Go Moba Boy won for season 1 and Edgar and the Voyagers won for season 2. Several animators got their start there such as Mark Osborne who made The Stump and went on to direct Kung Fu Panda. It also had a pilot based on Zatanna with Paul Dini as the writer.

Tropes used in Cartoon Monsoon include:
- Animesque: The art style of Go Go Moba Boy is like Dragon Ball Z.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: There are a handful of these moments, including where Destructo Man says "I'm gonna hit you so hard, your voice actor will feel it!"
- Canon Foreigner: Damon Zatara is the only original character to appear in Zatanna.
- Man of a Thousand Voices: Tom Kenny, Grey DeLisle, Steve Blum and Khary Payton (season 2 only) voiced a majority of the characters.
