These things about Deadpool 2 are subjective - not everyone will agree with all of them.

  • Author's Saving Throw:
    • The sequel is more linear and shows Cable’s cinematic debut.
    • The Juggernaut is more in line with the comics compared to X-Men: The Last Stand.
  • Awesome Music: “Ashes” by Celine Dion is majestic to listen to.
  • Contested Sequel: While just as liked as the first film, some like the second film better due to the higher stakes and inclusion of Cable.
  • Take That, Scrappy!: Deadpool uses time travel to kill Barakapool.
  • Tough Act to Follow: It is the last good X-Men film by 20th Century Studios. The fact that Dark Phoenix and The New Mutants flopped made it tougher.
  • What Do You Mean It's Not for Kids?: Like the first film, it’s rated R for a reason with sexual humor, graphic violence and strong language throughout.
