It seems her rather psychotic brother had similar mental powers and used them to take over her motor functions in order to induce the whole Disability Superpower thing... by carving out her eyes and tongue with her own hands. Please note that Mindf** k was both conscious the whole time and well aware her brother thought he was doing her a favor.

- It's even worse than THAT. She's a lesbian, so cutting off her tongue was a sexual mutilation as well.
