*:* Another Explain Explain, OhEw, Gross! example: In an early arc, Tiffany is impaled by her sword, but somehow after a strange out-of body experience, she seems unharmed. For some reason she is compelled to taste the blood on the sword, and to her shock it tastes like strawberry. This endand some other observations leads her to believe that Layla has fed on her and converted her. (Layla fed on her, yes, but didn't convert her; Tiffany is something of a ditz.) Eventually, Tiffany's father tells her the sword was a magical device that does not harm a victim's physical form, but separates the soul from the body, meaning she's fine. But why did her blood test like strawberry? Finally she realizes that what she was tasting was the jam she put on her toast for breakfast that morning. ''But'' then she quickly realizes, that's ''disgusting''.
