* For a while, Lex Luthor from ''[[Superman]]'' was drawn as one of these, looking quite a bit like a less-heavy Kingpin. Makes quite a bit of sense, as it really plays off of his envy for Superman by making him overweight while Supes is of course built like a god.

Believing himself to be a "criminal mastermind", he was more like a crazy and paranoid megalomaniac, possibly suffering from ADD and a very bad diet.[[Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain| Even Frank considered him a big joke.]] Like most foes of the Punisher, he didn't survive past the arc he was introduced.
