Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | I just navigated into Fanfic Recs (I don't think I ever saw the restructured page before I left TVT) and was kind of appalled at the introductory text. Like the stuff Vorticity pointed out over in the DW Forums today, there's an incredible ... reek of arrogance to some of it. "Yes, we know that's not the textbook definition. It's our definition, and we're sticking to it.", for instance. We really need to pare this down a bit, strip out the TVT prudery and control-freakery, and make it more compatible with our stated policies. Anyone got any ideas for a more acceptable alternative? And are there other pages just as much in need of a thwack about the head to make them sensible? -- Looney Toons (talk) 19:35, 14 November 2013 (UTC) |
