I just went in to edit out TVT references in a fanfic rec page, and all the review links are pointing to TVT. Other recs pages I've checked are a mix of this and no reviews at all. :This is a good question. On the Tropes Mirror Wiki, there was a slightly hacky fix for this the preceding admin cooked up that put a review like space in the Forum namespace for reviews of works. It never saw a lot of use, but I might implement something similar. It might be possible to get it by pulling history off of TVT, but as you know the history function over there is super annoying to use. I'm sure you know about the July 2012 license thing already.
