I just noticed this site recently. I have been hoping that someone would create "tvtropes without tvtropes mods".

One of the things I liked about that site was the YKTTW system. I feel it's a good way for people who are just starting out to learn how to contribute without making things "official". I probably would not have started editing tvtropes without that feature to ease my way into it.

It doesn't need to be fancy, it could even just be a board on this forum.

We're already working on getting that implemented. Our wiki farm techs are out for the holidays, but we'll be getting this set up as soon as they are in. GethN7 (talk) 06:10, 29 December 2013 (UTC)

What's the ETA on this? I keep having so many trope ideas that I'd really like to start working on.
