Hiromi Konno is a seiyuu born in 1975. One of her breakout roles is the Cute and Psycho host of Lucky Channel in Lucky Star, Akira Kogami. Also noted as Iru in Shugo Chara and as of 2010, Nakata Sae in Amagami.
